Hi there, you should have been assigned a CRM (client relationship manager) which would be Suresh or Varun. You can basically talk to them for anything you need.

If you've given them the server details, then they would have passed a message on to the development team to install rayzz, the modules and remove the copyright from your site. There is a bit of a queue at anytime but hopefully they can at least get it installed tomorrow, even if the modules and other stuff isn't done until Monday.

What's your domain?

Also, what are you looking to do with your site? I'm the online marketing manager for Agriya so I know one or two things about promoting your site and always happy to help our customers

Thanks,

Peter

PS. If you haven't heard anything from Agriya, then shoot an email to info@agriya.com and include your invoice ID.

Sure, it's just turned 9:30pm in India as I'm writing this so if they haven't got the server details yet it will be Monday at the earliest when they can do the install.

yeah peter. installation is already done for rayzz but that of the modules is still pending. however, i have the following issues and need your help:
1.please, i need the agriya logo to be removed from the bottom part of the site.the copyright was removed but the agriya logo was left there.
2.i need the rayzz logo removed from the top of the website. i sent my logo to support but this hasn't been done yet.in fact, will a flash logo work? cos the logo i sent is flash(2 files-1 swf and 1 html).
3.since my modules and logo are not yet up on the site, how can i disable the site from being viewed online for now.it's basically showing as a rayzz site right now and i don't want that.
Finally, I went to your sites and can see you're doing a great job(we definitely need to gist as per promoting/marketing my site):-). even the rate of your responses on this forum is amazing. well done!
regards,
Godwin

Hiya, I'm not sure if there's anything I can do directly to help with your questions as it sounds a little bit technical.

This can easily be removed by the developers, just let Varun know that it has to be removed as well. It has to be removed in the code.

You can upload a static (jpg, gif, png) image from the admin area but if you need a flash logo added I think they'll have to do it by editing the script.

I don't think it's possible from the admin area, if you shoot me your ftp details (your hosting details) I can upload a 'placeholder' file saying your website is coming soon. My email is p.claridge 'at' agriya.in (replace the 'at' with @ )

Thanks,

Peter

I followed up with Varun and got this reply:

Quote:
We have completed all the works including the logo change.
Is it all done to your requirements? Let Varun know if there is something you are not happy with, it's his job to make sure the customers are delighted!

Having said that, I just looked at your site. Is the main banner in the header supposed to be like that? And the footer seems to be broken in Opera 10 (looks fine in FF3). I've just let the design team know about that.
